Dramatic photos of the immediate aftermath of the inferno were released by Cambridgeshire police who were quickly on the scene of the crash on the A47 Thorney Toll near Guyhirn.

Police from the Wisbech Neighbourhood Policing Team along with Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue and East of England Ambulance Service attended the scene of the crash at the junction with Black Drove.
