The A47 in Cambridgeshire has re-opened after a multi vehicle pile-up.
The crash happened today on the stretch of the A47 between Thorney and Guyhirn.
Emergency services – including the fire and ambulance service – were quickly on the scene.
Luckily, in the crash that involved five vehicles including a lorry, no injuries were sustained although one casualty was taken to hospital.
East of England Ambulance Service said five others were treated and assessed at the scene.
However, it did cause major delays with traffic halted between the A141 at Guyhirn roundabout through to the B1167 at Thorney.
Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue said: “Crews were called to a road traffic collision on the A47 near Thorney Toll at 10.17am.”
