Bank Holiday Monday is the final day of TruckFest at the East of England showground – and the final time it will be held there.
The ‘Glastonbury for trucks’ as event director and founder Bob Limming describes it, the event will move to Lincolnshire from next year.
Peterborough has been home to TruckFest for four decades but with the showground about to under massive re-development this is the last time it will be held there.
Mr Limming told the BBC: “We’ve loved being in Peterborough with the event, but things do change.
“We’ve got a new site for next year, which is the massive Lincolnshire Showground and we’ve got more room there.”
Peterborough has been one of eight venues around the country to hold Truckfest.
