Last night, Peterborough Cathedral was transformed into an intimate concert hall as the Britten Sinfonia presented a unique evening of music. The “Surround Sound Playlist” concert brought together a talented ensemble of musicians to perform an eclectic mix of classical, folk, and contemporary pieces.
The evening’s programme featured a range of musical delights, from the vibrant sounds of Valerie Coleman’s Umoja to the mesmerizing playing of Joseph Tawadros on the oud. The event was a sold-out success, with the cathedral’s stunning architecture providing a breathtaking backdrop for an unforgettable musical experience.
