A police Skoda Octavia has been written off following a crash on the M11 just over the Cambridgeshire border.
The crash happened last night (February 18), and Cambridgeshire police said this was “the damage caused to one of our traffic cars after a vehicle collided with it” after they posted photos of the Skoda.

The officers had stopped an unconnected lorry on the hard should of the southbound M11 just over the border in Essex when the crash happened at about 11.20pm.

A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and was taken to hospital suffering from minor injuries.

“One of our officers suffered minor injuries from the incident,” said a spokesperson for Cambridgeshire police.
