A murderer – released from prison and living in Peterborough – is being hunted by Cambridgeshire police after breaching the terms of his licence conditions.
Carl Hyde, 67, has absconded from what Cambridgeshire police describe as “approved premises” in Peterborough; he is now wanted for breaching licence conditions following his release from prison.
Hyde also has connections in Reading.

“The public are advised not to approach Hyde, but to contact police with information on his whereabouts,” said a police spokesperson.
It is thought Carl Hyde was convicted of murder in 1988.

Anyone who has seen Hyde or knows of his whereabouts should contact Cambridgeshire via the force website quoting incident 336 of 1 January.
Anyone without internet access should call 101.
