Three men used a machete, a baseball bat, and knives in a street fight that “terrorised people in Chesterton”.

It has taken four years for the case to come to court but at Cambridge Crown Court on April 27, all three were jailed.

A fourth defendant was given a suspended sentence.

Police had received calls about a group of men fighting with weapons, including a machete, knife, and a baseball bat.

A man had had a white Fiat car reversed at him and suffered a cut across a buttock, and another man suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries.
