Cannabis plants worth more than £600,000 were discovered when police raided a former toy shop.
The raid on the shop in Hill Street, Wisbech, was carried out on Wednesday morning.
“Two men have been charged after neighbourhood officers discovered a cannabis factory in Wisbech,” said a police spokesperson.
“The Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) carried out a warrant at Prams and Toys, Hill Street, where they found the grow of 755 plants worth up to about £634,200.”
Fjoraldo Hazizi , 27, of Maysoule Road, Greater London, and Robert Cela, 35, of Hill Street, Wisbech, were arrested and have been charged with producing cannabis.
Both appeared in court at Huntingdon on Thursday.
The shop closed in 2020 after trading in the town for 40 years.
