Police were carrying out a warrant at Cave Industrial Estate in Fen Road, Cambridge, in March last year (2023) in connection with drug supply and money laundering when a vehicle carrying Bekim Shoti hastily tried to leave the scene.
Shoti, 27, of Cambridge Road, Fulbourn, Cambridgeshire, was searched and found with a mobile phone, a fraudulent driving licence and £335 in cash.
He was arrested and his phone was reviewed and found to contain messages linking him to dealing cocaine.

At Peterborough Crown Court on January 11, Shoti was sentenced to three years and two months in prison after previously pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and possession of identity documents with intent.

PC Mark Deal said: “We work relentlessly to tackle those causing harm to our communities through drug dealing and exploitation. We use our own information as well as information from the public to continually disrupt criminal networks across Cambridgeshire.”
