Danny Dyer and James Arthur took to the field at the Weston Homes Stadium on Monday for celebrity football, or as they prefer ‘Sellebrity Soccer’
“We are pleased to confirm that Celebrity Soccer is back for 2023 with an array of TV personalities set to feature with soap royalty Danny Dyer, popstar James Arthur and reality TV star James Argent added to the squad,” said organisers.

Former sprinter Dwain Chambers, ex-footballer Lee Hughes, former Eastender and I’m a Celebrity star Dean Gaffney and content creator Jeremy Lynch were also confirmed for the day.
The game was organised by Sellebrity Soccer, which was launched in 2012 to help charities raise money by arranging all-star football matches across the UK.





This year’s charity is for Action Medical Research.
