On Tuesday 11 March, rail passengers travelling through London Liverpool Street station were able to speak directly to Greater Anglia managers and directors during a ‘Let’s Talk’ event.

Greater Anglia’s ‘Let’s Talk’ events give passengers an opportunity to provide valuable feedback directly to the operator, ask questions, and voice their opinions. The events are also an opportunity for passengers to gain insight into how rail services and stations are managed.

During the event, managers from Greater Anglia directly engaged with passengers. They received feedback about a variety of topics, including services on the Great Eastern Mainline, station waiting facilities, and the recent rail replacement arrangements on the West Anglia route. The feedback received will help drive real, positive change.
Greater Anglia’s Managing Director, Martin Beable, who attended the event, said:
“It was fantastic to attend the ‘Let’s Talk’ event at London Liverpool Street and speak directly with passengers who use our services.
“While we have new trains operating all our routes, offering a more punctual and reliable service, it is important that we drive positive change and continue to progress. The feedback received during these events is invaluable for us as we improve our service to meet customers’ expectations and needs.”

Greater Anglia is continuously looking to improve passenger journeys. Via the We’re All Ears survey, customers are encouraged to share their feedback and experiences to help the train operator make targeted improvements and inform future decision making.
The next Let’s Talk event is scheduled to take place on the West Anglia route in May with further details to be announced in due course.
